Councillors

There are no specific wards within each village with a representative Community Councillor. As such, all Community Councillors represent the entire area of Grovesend & Waungron.
However, when vacancies do occur outside of the normal election period and co-option to fill a seat is necessary the Community Council looks to ensure a fair balance of Members to represent all parts of both villages equally.

Should you have any concerns or queries, please feel free to contact any of the Community Councillors below. Letters of correspondence should though be sent direct to the Clerk.

Grovesend & Waungron form part of the wider Penyrheol ward for the City & County of Swansea. The two elected representative for this ward are Councillor Jan Curtice and Councillor Andrew Stevens. Both are invited to every meeting of the Community Council, although neither have any voting rights.
